i have a ? are the penguins with the blue an light blue hats betas or just the pink and yellow ones?
Coop: Only the Pink and Yellow hats are Betas; the blue ones are the 1st year anniversery hat, like how the yellow and orange ones are the 2nd year anniversery hats. Good Question!

The moderators were very busy makeing the new features for the april fools day party at that time. So they really were to busy to insert the egg hunt on cpip. AND
Actually cpip was made by the moderators of clubpenguin and disney.com company representatives to make clubpenguin a better place, hence the larger server population capacity. (but also many other things like )
